I am trying to get my surround set up optimally and my Onkyo has a listening mode preset setting for each input. There are so many options, but, I am not sure which one to use.
My set-up is:
Onkyo TX-SR607 Receiver
Samsung BD2500 BluRay player
Speakers are arranged in a 5,1 configuration
The receiver says the frequency input from the BD player is 44.1kHz.
Options for the BD are:

How do I know what to choose?
