Well, I went ahead and bought the Onkyo TX SR602 from a pawn shop and I am really happy with it. It replaced a Sony STR DE925 which was working fine and sounded good also. The main reason I decided to buy the Onkyo was the features. The sony didn't have Dolby pro logic II or DTS Neo 6 which I really enjoy on the Onkyo. I am also able to set the crossover point to where I want it while on the Sony I couldn't. All this to say it doesn't hurt to check around in pawn shops or thrift stores once in a while to see what they have.

LOL,

Seriously, Pawn Shops are awesome. I got some Bose speakers at a Pawn Shop for $25. I also got my Hafler DH-120 at a pawn shop for $100. I have purchased so many things from Pawn shops it is almost crazy. The only thing is, you have to know exactly what you are looking at.;)
