Onkyo RZ70 does not do DLBC?

People on FB are telling me Dirac live Bass control does not work on Onkyo Receivers.
Is this true? I was getting ready to purchase it as I have multiple subs.

Just looked up the RZ70 on the Dirac site, and it's able it seems, altho it's $300 extra for that license.

I guess I should have worded the question better. I realize its capable, but people are saying it is screwed up and does not function properly on Onkyo units.

Supposedly, last week's firmware update may address the off-by-one issue, but it needs to be tested to confirm.
