I was listening to the first Chicago/Chicago Transit Authority album, one of my favorites. When they were great, before they went "soft". Their later stuff like "Saturday in the Park", etc, well, I didn't like it then, don't like it now.

What did The Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, and Gerry Lee Louis have in common? The answer is Otis Blackwell.

1) Otis Blackwell gave Elvis, the production tapes of his arrangements and vocals which Elvis duplicated in Otis's vocal style for the following songs
"Don't Be Cruel", "All Shook Up", and "Return to Sender"

2) He wrote and produced the song that Jerry Lee Lewis made big
"Great Balls of Fire" and "Breathless"

3) The Rolling Stones took their name from

The Triumph tribute album released last night. I haven't listened to them all, but a few standouts
listen to the solo :) Some good ole' fun hair rock

I saw them at Day on the Green opening for Journey. They were pretty epic live and that show was unbelievable with that lineup (Brian Adams, Night Ranger, Triumph, Journey)
