Kaskade89052 Audioholic Ninja Apr 16, 2026 #6,004 2025 RHINO RESERVE 180-GRAM REISSUE Finally able to retire my old, beat-up and unlistenable Atco original LP; favorite tracks on here remain the famous opener and "Changes." To be perfectly honest, I don't really care for side two... Sound quality was nice -- definitely on the pulled-back/warm side with smoothed-out top end. No surface noise with thick, flat vinyl. I'd buy another Rhino Reserve reissue after hearing this one, should there be an album I was interested in. I was prepared to pick up Fleetwood Mac's Tango in the Night from the Reserve series, but ended up going with the Mobile Fidelity two-LP package. From what I understand, the Fleetwood Mac Rhino LP was a bit on the lower output side, and the Yes album seems to be the same way -- although, as I said, very smooth and warm with tight, punchy bass on the drums. Some additional notes: I have a couple of other Rhino reissues in my collection, including Chicago X (Greatest Hits) on yellow vinyl and The Eagles' Hotel California, but the Yes LP definitely sounded different than those two (better and significantly quieter in terms of surface noise). I also don't really care for the label artwork Rhino uses on these Reserve reissues, but that's subjective.

j_garcia Audioholic Jedi Apr 22, 2026 #6,020 Popped into my feed yesterday. One of my favorite albums of all time. So many great tracks on it. This track is talking about W, but still feels eerily relevant today. And this one is both a great song and the video is ridiculously good too.
