Seriously, I have no life.
really ? where have you been, perhaps not Obama himself, but one of his lackeys .......

Let's see from that web page "which ran a series of sting operations[2][3] between 2006[4] and 2011[2][5] in the Tucson and Phoenix area "

A sting operation started in 2006? Oh, wait, George W. Bush was in charge, no? 2006, 2007, 2008. What did Obama know? Was he briefed on every operation in progress by the FBI? Hardly.

And there was a surplus because of the way handled.
Not when Clinton left office " Total federal employment, excluding postal employees and temporary census workers, had fallen to 1.87 million by the time Clinton left office in January 2001, from 2.31 million eight years earlier. " No surplus there.

Now !
" Before Trump returned to the White House in January, the federal workforce had grown to a record 2.42 million, excluding census and postal workers. Hiring rose sharply in the last year and a half of the Biden administration.

"Government employment also rose during Trump’s first four years in office, but by a relatively small 80,000 to a total of 2.28 million."

So we can thank the Democrats and Republican Presidents after Clinton and also Trump for adding to the govt workforce if that is what you are getting at.

I was talking about budget surplus, so dept had to go down.

"He had budget surpluses for fiscal years 1998–2001, the only such years from 1970 to 2023. Clinton's final four budgets were balanced budgets with surpluses, beginning with the 1997 budget. The ratio of debt held by the public to GDP, a primary measure of U.S. federal debt, fell from 47.8% in 1993 to 33.6% by 2000. "
