On-Line Stores: Picks and Pans

I have noticed several members asking for feedback concerning various on-line stores lately. I thought it might be helpful for a dedicated thread for members to post experiences with particular stores to help those considering on-line purchases.

Stores I have purchased from on several occasions with excellent results in terms of price, timely shipping, and service:

AH (of course)
OneCall (receivers, speakers)
BH Photo (mainstream products)
Crutchfield (phono cartidge, car stereo)
Amazon
Audioadvisor
AScend Accoustics (terrific service and attitude)
SVS (terrific all the way around)

I have not had any bad experiences however I hope those of you that had problems will post them here to help members avoid the same fate.
