Here’s a clear simple one.As far as the manufacturer is concerned, the quality of the device is low

I realized he had worked in the past but NVIDIA Stop supporting this option !
NVIDIA does not have good customer service and does not answer problems

This isn’t some low rent slog fest site. There are a lot of good people here. Many who’ve tried helping you out but all you wanna do is piss n moan about nvidia junk. Almost everyone here is a volunteer or a regular hobbyist. Don’t know why you think you can lash out when you don’t get the answer you want, even though it’s at least thought out. It’s nobody’s fault here that you think it’s junk. Did you try hdmi?
Here’s something to try. Fill a bucket with water, and soak the nvidia shield in it for 24 hours. Stfu until 72 hours have passed and then try it again.
