Hopefully the judge will throw the case out, hold her in contempt for wasting the court's time and then charge her court costs as well as assign a couple hundred hours community service consisting of: patrolling the mall fountain dressed in a bathing suit and swim fins, with a sign around her neck that says "shallow mall fountain safety patrol". With some luck this could help deter future idiots.

The first time I saw her (and heard about this) was on the morning news. Nad she not shown her face on national TV, nobody would have ever known who she was.
