I am selling these because I am not using them anymore and I need some extra cash to repair damage to my vehicle. As you can see in the picture below the rear suspension is in disarray. The car is now drivable but needs aligned, hopefully it doesn't need anymore parts. After the A-arm was replaced the passenger's side rear wheel still looks like it did in the picture below. Until I get it fixed properly I'm going to be eating up tires like there's no tomorrow and I won't be making any long distance trips outside of the city.

Niles SI-275 stereo amplifier: $150 buyer pays shipping and insurance costs.

Adcom GCD-700 users manual

Something important I forgot to mention.

The Adcom does make mechanical noise when changing discs that I would consider to be noisier than it should be. I determined that the excess noise comes from the disc wheel (the part that holds the discs) rubbing the bottom of the tray. Some grease could render this problem but I never felt the need as it doesn't make the noise during playback and doesn't cause any functional problems with the CD player. Other than that the player has no known problems or quirks.

Daily bump....

Shipping for the amplifier is set to $30 for CONUS, and $20 for the cd player.

That should simplify things.:)

Had that Niles for a year and loved it. Simple reliable and doesn't color the sound.

$175 for the Niles shipped

$65 for the Adcom shipped

I'm not going to beat myself down on these anymore than this.

Why don't we help a fellow AH out and send him $5.00 each. I am in.
We would have to know how much we are in for first.

From the pictures I don't think that will be a simple alignment job. I'm pretty certain the brackets where the torque rods connect to the frame are bent. Those are part of the frame, and I suspect a costly frame pull out as part of this, plus replacing some rear suspension parts.

The A-arm has been replaced already. I haven't had it in a shop yet to have it checked out since I don't have any extra money.

It would be great if someone would get on these great deals I'm offering.:D

Any chance you have changed your mind on lowering the price again?

How would the amp work for bi-wiring some NHT VT-1.2s?

I would use it to do the dual 8 inch subs and keep my Yamaha receiver powering the rest of the setup.

Thanks.

I'm sure that would work famously. However, I am firm on the last price I quoted. If they don't sell for at least that I will keep them and repair the car as soon as my next few checks come in. I see no reason to sell myself short and this stuff as it's well worth the asking price even with today's poor economic situation.
