As we all know, in-ceiling speakers are ideal for multi-room audio, home theater systems, and office/commercial applications. With this in mind, NHT went even further with their iC3-ARC In-Ceiling Speaker which also features weather and moisture resistant materials that makes it iC3-ARC suitable for outdoor activities, covered patios, and bathrooms as well.
NHT implemented some proprietary technologies on the iC3-ARC like a premium anodized aluminum version and a 3-tweeter array that, according to the company, delivers the widest sound field available from any in-ceiling speaker.

"This patented array is nested in the center of a custom designed, long-throw, 6.5” aluminum-cone woofer. The iC3-ARC features a bezel-less grill/frame design which means no exposed frame lip or wide trim ring around the grill, and its micro-perforated grill attaches and centers itself magnetically.
