NHT IC1 vs. Monoprice In-Ceiling speakers

I have the chance to buy a pair of NHT IC1's for the same price as a pair of Monoprice's most "expensive" in-ceiling speakers. IC1's retail for $199/pair, Monoprices retail for about $65/pair.

This may be a dumb question, but I should jump at the NHT's, right? Even though they're two ways and the monoprices are 3 ways.

Yes !

while the Monoprice units are decent entry level speakers, they are not in the same class as NHT.
