From the link above, this piece is a good example of misleading. It has nothing to do with "canceling" Native culture. They'd been trying to change the name for years, and it was because they felt offended. Doesn't mean you have to agree with it, but that it was canceling anything I believe is a good counter narrative.

Bobby, means nothing, we're talking the Vikings here. Lets see, they have lost four SB's then they moved into an 'indoor stadium' , haven't challenged since and you know what, unless something really goes wrong with Philly or Detroit they won't again this year !

I hope Mahomes & Co bottom out. It's painful to watch. Scheme everything to the point ah I'm gonna run outta the pocket, or hey I'll let line up as receiver and let the WR take the snap and run inside. Just garbage to watch. It feels like a big con. You've got qb's on terrible teams, or terrbile qb's who still make good throws downfield. It's cheapened the game IMO. Hey, I know, lets do another side throw for YAC, the jet sweep, or the inside pass. I had to turn off the Chiefs vs Panthers game.

I hope so. That's likely why he signed here. Not to become a starter, because that's not in the cards at all, but to revitalize his career. If he signed with a team that needs a starter like the Raiders, his career likely would still be in the doldrums. So Darnold will probably get a $30+ million contract somewhere next season and Jones will be McCarthy's back-up. That's what I hope. Remember O'Connell was drafted by Belichek as a QB so he knows the ropes. KOC said earlier this year about QB's failing a lot of times was the fault of an organization more so than the QB.
