Newbie who need help

I have an integra receiver with no preouts I was wonder if I could hook up an amp to zone 2 and run speaker off of that?

Not a good solution. The Zone 2 signal does not change with the main volume control.

Why do you need an external amp so much? If for zone 1 I'm with Wayne, not only no main volume control but content could be limited as well due the zone....

Your zone 2 uses binding posts for speaker wire?

What model is your Integra ? Give us that and we could probably help you out better as there seem to be some confusions going on.
