I would like to point out that I didn't know what it meant to be an audioholic till I joined this site, some really awesome setups. I"m going more for a mainstream approach here so I just want a setup that could last me for years (or until 4K tvs are more affordable) and I will have it hooked to a Samsung UN55ES7500 TV, PS4, PS3 and PC.
I was going to go for an Onkyo TX-NR616 7.2 but after reading reviews here and there it seems that is a high risk system(faulty HDMI, etc etc) so I narrowed to three choices:
Denon AVR-E400 7.1 Channel 4K and 3D Pass Through Networking Home Theater Receiver with AirPlay by Denon

Pioneer Channel AV Receiver, VSX-1123-K (Black) by Pioneer

Now that is twice the price of the Onkyo but as a member here pointed me out that I better get a quality receiver and this two brands were in a bunch he mentioned.
Anyway, I'm stretching it here because I planned not to spend more than $800 tops including the speakers but I can go for a $1K budget. I'm open to any suggestions with the AVRs and the speakers if you have options that goes a couple hundred bucks over the budget please add them as well, as long it is well worth it I might consider them.
Thank you in advance.
