Newbie Speaker wire question

A year ago I got back in to Home Theater and have loved learning about everything. I like detail and would like to do something more eye catching for my speaker cables also if it will help with better sound going to my B&W 684. Salesman sold me Audioquest Type 2 speaker wire (2 red and 2 black Solid wire) The way ive got it ran now is both red going to same post for + on AV receiver and same for Black, at the speaker I have one wire for each post with the cheap jumpers. My question is would it be better for me to combine both reds and put on one red post and both blacks and put on one black post with nice Jumper wires going from there to its joining post? Or is it any different that how I have it now? With Bananna plugs of course. See pic of example of Jumper wire.

Equipment:
Denon AV S900W
B&W 684 towers
B&W HTM62 S2
B&W in ceiling surrounds
SVS PB13 Ultra

Looks fine as is.
If you listen to 2 channel at all, try the speaker wire on top and jumpers to the low end.
In other words, reverse of what you have.
Check it out and see. Can't hurt.
report back.

And what do you think he would achieve by doing that?

Why not put on a tin foil hat while you try this? Maybe a voodoo chant to add cumulative skin effect on top of the normal fairy dust?
