Newbie Pre-wiring Questions

I spent some time designing how I want to do my electric pre-wiring and have several questions. My media center will not be in the home theater room, rather be under the stairs. I'll make a hidden door in the dry wall which will give me access to the front of rack.

I plan to connect a dedicated line to a power conditioner in my media rack (I'm leaning towards the Belkin PureAV Home Theater Power Console). Then power the following from the conditioner:

1. Outside the media rack (this is where I have questions):
a. Projector: I was originally thinking of getting a really long power cable (not extension chord) and directly connect the ceiling mounted projector to the conditioner, but read that its a fire hazard. Can I use some Romex cable from the conditioner to a power outlet on the ceiling, and connect the projector to that? What is the best way to power a ceiling projector? How do you connect a romex cable to the conditioner?

b. TV: Here the wiring will run behind the dry wall, so I could use Romex from the conditioner to a power outlet on the front wall.

c. Subwoofers: I plan to have two power outlets on each wall - so I can move my subs around. Whats the best way to power all eight power outlets, knowing that only two of them will be in use at any given time? Can I take two Romex cables out of my conditioner, and connect them to four outlets each?

2. Inside the media rack:
a. PS4
b. Apple TV
c. Butt Kicker Amp (phase two of my HT build)
d. Harmony Hub
e. DVD Player: I need a dedicated dvd player as I used to live in the UK, and I have a whole bunch of region 2 DVDs which wont play on a US DVD player/PS3.
f. A/V Receiver
g. Verizon Fios DVR
h. 2 channel Amp (when I decide to go Atmos).

I read that the electric and speaker wires should be separated and should intersect at right angles. Can I have the IR blaster cables, coax and speaker wires in the same conduit?

I will be reaching out to an electrician to work on this, but wanted to be prepared for an initial discussion. So would love to hear your inputs/suggestions.

Thanks so much.

Ok so I am a licensed electrician, I would suggest whatever plugs you would like to run off of the power conditioner including the projector plug. Run those wires "romex" back to a junction box in the room where the rack is. For now the electrician can bring a circuit or 2 to that junction box to power the plugs. Once everything is finished "inspected", you can take a few appliance whips, pre molded plug cords and splice them into the wires that go to the plugs you want to protect and plug them right into the conditioner. As far as the coax, speaker and ir wires no problem in the same conduit you just don't want them with the high voltage. Also don't forget if you are running speaker, hdmi or other interconnect wires in the wall they must be in wall rated.
