Newbie looking for advice

Running along the baseboards will be a nice, clean looking option. If you don't want to staple, I'd suggest looking at those 3M Command strip things. They sell some for cable management. They're not too expensive and they come in a few different sizes.

Awesome thanks. I spoke to a friend and he is convincing me to just run the speaker cable through the attic and down the wall. I was wanting to avoid cutting more holes in my walls for wall plates. (Wired house with cat6 a year ago). Still haven't fully committed to which option yet to take.
