I would highly recomend the Athena F-1's, I picked up a pair a BB for $98 each and was very impressed with them. I also have the F-2's and they have a little more bass, but not much. BB is selling the F-1's for $98 ea., the C-1 center channel for $78, and the B-1 for $79 a pair; this would get you a very nice system for a steal.

By the way I replaced my Bose 301's and 161's and that weak center channel they make with Athenas and there is absoultly NO comparison; it was like listening to my CD's for the first time, I had no idea how much I was missing. The Bose 301's are not that bad for Bose, but the athena B-1's blow them out of the water. The 161's totally suck, they dont sound even decent and the cheap spring clips for the speaker wire fell out of mine.

I liked the Athena Audition series so much, and they are so cheap right now because they are making COSMETIC changes to the series, that I now own a pair of every speaker in this series.
