THX has now added Dominus to their certification lineup. It is "the newest and the largest performance class for THX." They will be using this certification for big speakers used for large home theaters.

One speaker company already has this cert. Company is called Perlisten Audio. Has anyone ever heard of them?

No, that's a new one to me. Curious what the Dominus minimum spec is tho...

I think @shadyJ has mentioned the existence of this in the past, but that they never had anything certified in this bracket.
Cool to know that such a thing exists now.
IIRC, the specs won't (likely) be available, but the main gist would be on clean performance at high output.

I've thought one may be able to guage the Utra Subwoofer specs by reviewing the CEA 2010 data for the Monolith 15 and Outlaw X13. I think for speakers, the data you would need to see is pretty esoteric. Shady might have some of the data in his reviews, but I'm thinking of the more extensive stuff Erin does, or in some of the stuff at ASR. (I just don't know if it's strictly limited to Distortion vs Output, though. *shrugs)
