Hey - i'm new to this, and don't know a lot about high end audio equipment. about a year ago i came here and got some great advice, so i'm back for help tackling a bit of a different beast. i am about to drop about 1500 bucks for audio equipment to play at big parties at my fraternity. our old equipment is beat and won't stop breaking down and has pretty much come to its end. so if you could just take a look at what i'm thinking about and giving any thoughts i would appreciate it.
Amplifier- Technical Hi-FI Blue Ice X 5000
Speakers- Yamaha S115 V 15 inch. 2 way
Subwoofer- Cerwin Vega Je 36 Junior Earthquake- 18 inch
- i am really looking for stuff that will be loud, sound good, be consistent, is fairly easy to handle and will last. thanks a ton in advance!
