NEW SVS R|Evolution 3000 Series Subwoofers & SoundBar!

At CES 2026, SVS introduced its first soundbar system, the SVS R|Evolution Soundbar (price TBA). This 3-channel soundbar comes with a real-deal 12-inch SVS subwoofer. Users can choose a dual-sub option and add optional wireless surround speakers. SVS also introduced the new 3000 R|Evolution Series Subwoofers, which inherit flagship tech from the brand’s larger and costlier models. The 3000 series drivers have been completely redesigned for greater low end bass performance. There is even a re-design of the 3000 Series micro-sub which will move up to 9" drivers.

So now that the 3000 micro Revolution has been past Erin's bench, it seems clear that SVS have mostly just fitted the 3000 In-wall into a box. Near-as makes no difference the CEA-2010 numbers line up with Matthew Poes' testing of the 3000 In-wall, the drivers are probably the same, and the increase in wattage accounts for the slightly higher output of the Micro above 50 Hz. It's still a substantial upgrade, and the box is commendably small, so I think it's a great upgrade from the original series all in all.
