Thank you. I suspected that RBH's customer Service is top-notch - I was commenting on the supposed dealer's customer service. I will contact RBH directly and inform them of my experience.

Oh, yeah, RBH service is top notch for sure. But I would imagine individual dealers are hit hard these days with the bad economy.

I would also recommend considering RBH, particularly the reference series. I have found them to sound amazing no matter what type of room or layout I have. The sound is very well balanced and natural, however, it is also very transparent so good source material and amplification is needed to get the best results.
