New Receiver suggestions?

I'm looking for a Receiver to power my new Paradigm 330 L/C/R, Cinema ADP in a 5.1 setup.
I currently don't have HDMI devices, but planning to buy a DVD player with HDMI, soon.
My primarly emphasis is on Audio Quality (can bypass the Receiver Video connections)

Top Price $800
Picks so far in this range:
HK AVR 645- $725
Yamaha RXv-861/ HTR6080 $750
