New Receiver for Rig

I'm almost finishing setting up a rig for someone. I admit I haven't kept up-to-date in the receiver world so need a little help. Here's what's needed:

1. Pre-outs (for down the line)
2. HDMI - Video and Audio
3. Satellite Radio
4. Bi-amp ability (I know it won't do much with a receiver, but he's convinced)
5. Amp section enough to drive PSB Image line in a 5.1 setup
6. Analog in

I'm thinking the Yammie 663 or Pioneer 1018. Not sure when these are due. Any others coming out soon worth considering?

The RX-V663 would be my choice. Better yet, for a bit more money, the RX-V1800. I just got one and have very few complaints.

The Pioneer VSX-1018 will have more power than the RX-V663, and will probably come very close to the power of the RX-V1800.:)

The 1018 isn't due till June if I'm not mistaken. Looks like the Yammie will get the nod.
