Hey everyone, want to thank you for letting me join the community. Look forward to getting on some discussions and wanted to share my setup.

About me, I started my interest in home theater in 2003/04. Walked in to BestBuy with no knowledge and seen a Klipsch Synergy system displayed. Spur of the moment, I walked out with a system consisting of a Yamaha 7.1 HTR5860, F3's, C2, Sub10, and 4 S1's. I still have the system, love it (I'm that guy that still loves my Synergy's) but have added/upgraded or what have you, due to all of the new features that have been coming out lately.

So now I'm getting setup for Atmos etc.. 7.3.4 with a Yamaha RX-A3050, F3 fronts (bi-amping), F3 surrounds, F3 rears, C3 center, 2 Sub10 fronts, 1 Sub10 rear, and the S1's as my front/rear heights with 2 Yamaha A-S301 amps for each height channel. Almost done, just waiting for another good set of F3's to pop up. I wasn't going to use the S1's as heights so I grabbed a set of B3's and almost grabbed another set, but said nah, I think S1's should be fine for heights. Opinions?

Also, I was thinking since I have the C2, B3's, and my old 5860 receiver left over.. Maybe spare bedroom setup?

Anyways, thought I'd share.

Oh, I have plans on ditching the TV and moving on to a projector setup.

I am sure you will get lots of suggestions. Off the bat, I would not consider bi-amping. Waste of 2 good channels someplace.

How large is your space? How well can it be blacked out for a projector system?
Is this projector for movies or planning to watch TV on it partly, frequently or more? Some projector lamps gets expensive.
Is that a Klipsch 10" sub? If so, consider a much better one from another company, especially is bass is something you crave for.

Thanks, space is ok, not the biggest, but wide. I have it pretty dark and only for movies and gaming. I was looking at the Epson 5030ub 600,000cr 2400lumens, lamp replacements around $400 4-5khrs. I tested with my friends Epson, earlier model and I was able to fit a 120" screen nicely. But I'm holding off right now and waiting to see their new 4k coming out. I am currently using a 55" Sony LED/3D tv.

Yes it's the 10", it does very well actually for me. I have seen people that have had issues with them, but mine is going strong for 13yrs.
