for those interested I was able to unlock the forth core. Temps went up under Prime, gonna order a after market CPU Cooler. Server is still coming

I would turn off Cool N' Quiet. If it works it's good, but most of the time it just doesn't want to throttle up quick enough. I haven't ran CnQ successfully without it taking it's sweet time to hit peak frequency. The voltage drop is probably not doing much in terms of fan speed anyways, especially if you're ordering a performance cooler.
I just really don't like CnQ, maybe AMD has improved on it since my previous CPU, I dunno. All I know, is I just keep looking at those 1055's that can hit 4 ghz on air for 200 bucks and I giggle like a little girl.
