New Home, Time for new setup? *w/ pics*

So... I'd hunted for as long as I could for a house that would support the audio and video setup I would've been interested in. Approval's done, and seems I'll be in a condo that's different than expected, but still really swell for the price to me. I've posted the downstairs in order to show the angle of the ceiling from mezzanine. The living room front and back.

I've been offered a PSB 5.1 at a remarkably low price. I can't even quite say how low. Approximate price for fronts could be the price of the entire set, including 2x the X2T.

Alternatively, ... even though it would cost me much more... I haven't been able to stop looking at the Martin & Logan Stealth Arch Series, feeling that this place is so nice and minimalist... I may not want to be tripping over anything. I have professional cablers on standby.

The ML price point would really, REALLY be the maximum I can look at. If it were a building's maximum capacity, the price is me over fire regulation. I'm open to any other thoughts or hardware you guys might think would fit well this this. Now is the best time for me to investigate as I may put some of the cost into the mortgage if necessary. Also note, the broom closet in the back by the staircase I'm interested in removing. That wall would be flush.
