Just wondering if anyone had problems connecting the X2100w to a Tivo DVR ( via HDMI) ?
It seems the ONLY way i can get the Tivo to play through my receiver is via the composite cables.
If i plug the tivo hdmi straight into the TV, it works.
I've gone through all the HDMI inputs on the back of the receiver, and they all work ( i connected other hdmi electronics to them),also tried different cables.
As soon as i plug in the hdmi from the Tivo the screen starts to flash every couple of seconds,, untill i unplug it.
This all started last week we had a bad thunderstorm,and my old receiver ( Denon AVR 1612) and router died. so i got them replaced ( hence the new X2100w)
Could the Tivo's HDMI output be messed up,,it certainly sounds like to me,,and if that's the case,then how come it works when its plugged directly to the TV.
