Yeah, I let it turn off on it's own... it has no on/off switch, so the only other way to turn it off would be to unplug it, and I'm not about to do all that every time I power down the system.
My friend has a pair of old BP2006 and for a wihle I thought they were BP2004 since they are as tall as my BP8s, but last time I was over there I looked closer and was surprised when I saw they were the small ones. So I figure if he gets that much output from those little speakers, imagine what I could do with a pair of the larger ones. Although his theater room is a converted single car garage, and mine is a living room that opens to the kitchen and dining room, so I have a whole lot more open area.
