The amp is a Technics SA-925 reference digital amplifier cranking out 450 watts at 2 ohms. It has a motorized front face
plate that also shuts the display off when it's closed. (shown below)
The beautiful hardwood finish on the door adds a touch of refined class.
Inside the monsterous amplifier, I've taken the liberty to install a heat shield and EMI shield over the IC amp, and then
string a standing harmonics anti-resonator from left side to right. This gets rid of all standing waves inside the actual
amplifier.
You can see the amp and certain parts of the transport in this picture.
Today, I recieved in the mail some better DAC units and a brand new oscillating clock
for the CD transport. I'm to lazy tonight to get the model #'s.
