New addiction

Ok I was told Facebook was addicting but jeeze its like crack.I have been on for 12 hours and people I have not heard from in 10 plus years are contacting me its pretty cool actually.My take on it is its myspace for adults....just thought I would share......someone sent me a pic from 1999 that I had never seen.......like I said its pretty cool I am looking forward to running into people I have lost contact with..

That is cool you were sent that pic...you look kinda short there though.

My blackberry came with the app already installed. Yeah Facebook is addictive and mafia wars on facebook is even more so.

I tried the Facebook thing... but I eventually just left <I don't think I have signed on in a couple of weeks>...

MySpace, sadly, is still on my list of websites to check at least once a day...

I just joined. I'm already kind of annoyed. I can search for people, but I can't see profiles unless I ask to be their friend - but some of the pictures have faces that are about three pixels across, and I can't tell if it's the person that I knew in high school or not. I don't want to just randomly start asking people, "will you be my friend?" At least on the internet. I already feel a bit pathetic doing that at the grocery store.

I suppose that it's worth a try. There's nothing like offending someone when you're around an almost endless supply of food to be thrown at you.

the first few people you invite to be your friend will be like that AND those that are not in your network or close to you ...

if you have friends that are friends with that friend (das a latta friends) you will be able to view their profiles.

basically, the only clue you get is "viewing their friends" or just "send a message"
