Netflix and Amazon Prime quit working

I was watching a show from Amazon Prime for the last week and everything has been working fine.
Tonight the sound quit in the middle of a episode and couldn't find the problem, so I left the internet and went back to Directv. No Problem sound worked, so I tried to go back to Amazon and I couldn't, nor Netflix. I went in my office and it connected to both just fine.
Now I think the problem is something to do with my new Denon X3300W and the inputs but I'm not very knowledgeable with all that.
And I will have to pay Best Buy over a 100$ just to drive to my house, plus a fee.
It is very hard to find correct wiring diagrams for my system.

How are you accessing Amazon and Netflix? TV apps? PC? What connections are you using? Your avr manual has a lot of setup connection diagrams (in the pdf download check the "connections" tab).

Usually just turn everything off and then turn them on again to reset.

HDMI connection can often be a problem.

Yep. It's always amazed me that people don't try the simple stuff first.

Reminds of a story a friend told me.

He had a buddy who's dad had helped him build a new motor for his Camaro. Nothing special, but it was cool because they built it together. Car wouldn't start. They looked at everything. Everything checked out so they tore down the motor trying to find what the issue was....

They forgot to put gas in the tank. Duh.
