Need some help choosing an amp. Ive got a yamaha rx v1065 receiver running 2 Polk rt2000p series towers and 5 other yamaha surround speakers for a 7.1 system. I'm needing an amp for the Polk towers cuz they are drawing too much power and if I really wanna jam they will pop the saftey shut off in the receiver. So, anyways anyone got any advice for a good amp. I'm not wanting to spend more then about $500 and need something with about 300 watts per channel in an 8ohm stereo connection. I've eyeballed crest audio cpx1500 and yamaha's p2500s are either of these any good, anybody have one?
