Needed: Help with Yamaha RX-V995 Amp

<font color='#000000'>I recently bought a used Yamaha RX-V995 amp. &nbsp;I got it home, plugged it in, and it doesn't even turn on. &nbsp;I thought it was the fuse, but I replaced it and it still didn't turn on. &nbsp;I really didn't want to take it to Best Buy to have it repaired. &nbsp;I was wondering if anyone out there had information that might help me out. &nbsp;Thanks.

<font color='#0000FF'>This is a dicey situation, my bet would be the power cord but it could me something else too. Your best option would be to take it to Yamaha service center, not BB. This is a old receiver and you will get a proper estimate.</font>
