Need some advice

Well, don't mean to sound like newbie, but I feel like I should poll the forums.

I'm looking for bookshelf speakers that will be housed in cabinet. What kind of bookshelf would be good for putting inside cabinet enclosure? One that I have looked, RBH or PSB have special model that are designed for the cabinet, but they are very expensive. I'm looking to spent about 500-600.

Also, the room is pretty big, 14'x16'.

Speaker in cabinet

It is not ideal to put the speakers in a cabinet, but some models will perform better than others in this type of application. I think that NHT also has models designed to be used inside a cabinet. Also look for bookshelf speakers that are sealed or have a front port instead of the common rear port.
