There are many options in that range. HSU is a good place to start. Monoprice Monolith, SVS 1000 and 2000 series subs, Outlaw has one in that range.

Depending on what’s important to you for watching movies in the bedroom, I’m guessing small and out of the way... depending on room volume, PB 1000 or PB 2000(might be stretching budget), a smaller Hsu, monolith 10”... Speedwoofer has been getting some buzz lately, too. There might be others I’m just not thinking of right now.
