Need Receiver w/ 3 HDMI Inputs, 1 HDMI Output, 1080p Upconversion, & 5.1 Surround?

Hello:
I was hoping someone could help me. I'm trying to find a receiver that is Blu-Ray compatible with at least 3 HDMI inputs and at least 1 HDMI output. The HDMI must be able to transfer both video and audio. Finally, I'd prefer 5.1 surround, but would accept 7.1 if necessary. Please help. I'd only been able to find receivers with a HDMI passthrough that doesn't transfer the audio signal or one that does have HDMI conversation, but doesn't have enough HDMI inputs/outputs. Thanks.

I personally like the HK now that the bugs have been corrected, but all are fine units. What speakers do you need to drive?

Amazon had the Onkyo 705 for $450 not long ago

The Yamaha, while a great receiver for the money, only has two HDMI inputs. Of course, one could add an HDMI switch box to take care of that, but it does not have the asked-for inputs built in. Going up one step in the Yamaha line would add that third HDMI input, among other things. As for the others, I don't know about their inputs or the audio formats supported, so, of course, one would be well-advised to verify that the particular unit one is considering has all necessary features.

My error; I forgot you said 3 HDMI inputs needed. The other four I mentioned do have at least 3.
