need help

I just got a new PIVA PD-2325 DVD player.I connected ,it play for few seconds and then as I try to set up whatever was showing on screen I pushed something on remote control and then everything freezed and I can not do anything,the power comes on but I can't cont. set up..remote control seems freezing on me ..I try pushed anything possible and nothing..anybody has some idea?thanks jc

try unplugging it for 5 minutes and take the batteries out of the remote and see if this helps.

I did all of that many times,changed batteries,unpluged and more..and still stuck..

Go ahead and leave it unplugged for the night and if it still doesn't work I would contact the manf. and try and find out if there is a way to "hard reset" for the player.
If not you may have to send it in for repair.
