I need help creating a decent system that will give me that awesome movie,gaming effect. The room size is about 15x19 and i have already purchased the Mits. 65 Diamond 1080P Tv w/ Samsung bd-p1400 Blue Ray player. Let me know what i need to get that awesome sound. Thanks

Not sure if that BR player will do games, but certainly will do the BR DVD nicely.
Which wall is the TV on, 15ft or 19ft wall and how far away will everyone sit from the TV?. I ask because depending on distances, you may or may not benefit from a nice 7.1 system. As was already posted, what kind of budget?
How important is an impressive low frequency sound in movies will be?

Seems like you have a pretty good room, TV, and BD player to begin with. Now you just need a great 5.1 (or 7.1) speaker system.

When you say "gaming effect", did you mean PS3 or X-Box 360 or just a lively open atmosphere type of room?

Budget and Gaming

Well i am expecting to spend around 1500 to 2000 as far as the gaming effect i didnt mention that i already have the XBOX360, Everyone will be about 12 feet or so away from the TV, I have a nice Crescent shape leather couch. Sill space to the sides as well as behind in the Corners there is room for Floor speakers next the the TV as well it is a decent size room. Thanks....Brian
