Need Help with Denon AVR-3806

Hello Everybody!

Ok, heres my problem: We installed a denon 3806, everything working fine.... But now the last couple of times I used it, I wasnt able to get all my 7.1 channels working. It goes to 5 channels and stops there. Unplugged my back speakers and connected them to a front output, and they are working...



I dont know if somebody messed with the settings or anything...

Input would be greatly appreciated!

Well, first check the speaker setup to make sure all speakers are set up properly. One glitch that hit many people, make sure the input mode is set to "auto". The "Input" button on the remote gets hit by accident quite frequently.

Have you tried running the test signals that the denon has stored internally (basically white noise) to see if it will play out of the second set of surrounds?

Well, I decided to tweak the settings, and somehow, my back speakers were turned off for i dunno what reason... now everything is working fine!
