Need help with building new 7.1 Setup

Hi i just bought a Pioneer Elite VSX-91THX Receiver and I'm trying to build a 7.1 setup. I'm relatively new to home theatre systems and I could use some advice on what speakers to get from here. My budget is around $350 i could use all the help I can get.

I’ve heard the pioneer Andrew jones speakers at a friends house seem to be great reviews and fairly cheap. The bookshelf units I’ve seen for about $99 I think. They also have an elite line of speakers but those are pricey.
If you look around deal sites and Ebay you’ll eventually find a good bundle offered or call up and make them offers. Or ask for discounts.

Andrew is currently at Elac (America) and the current low price speakers are the Debut series. Bookshelves are the B4, B5, B6 and C5 (centre). Floorstanders F5 and F6 and the Atmos A4. The number denotes the bass speaker size, ie 4", 5" and 6". He does do a lot more expensive versions.

I have a pair of B6 speakers and for around $200 they are fine. The cabinets are a tad resonant (not really noticable, sonically) and the crossover was done at a price, but the drivers are good. Fairly netural overall, they sound fine, although I perceived a noticable dip around the crossover ~3KHz (correctable). The B6 are nominal 6 Ohms and for once this a true value and so easy to drive.

The speakers have recently been revisions to B6.2 etc, and I would say I preferred the original which are rear ported as opposed to the new front port. There appears, from these reviews, to be a drop in the bottom end as a consequence.
