The title says everything. I'm finishing the build of a DIY amplifier and I want to give it a 'pro' touch. I'll order a golden metal faceplate that can be laser written in black. I'll put the name of my amplifier on the left side of the faceplate, probably with some information about power output (nevermind, haha)... then it came to me that, perhaps, it should be interesting to have a DIY logo on the left side.
I have a friend who's a really good designer and he could help me with that logo. The question is that I'm not really fulfilled with nice ideas of what could be that logo. I thought about something like that:
The question is, what would be cool to be drawned on the right side? A saxophone, turntable, bookshelves? Also, what would be nice to be written?
I'm waiting for ideas and when we (me and who find it interesting) think about something that would be really nice, I'll ask my friend to do some sktches on Corel. Probably I'll try to start a poll (don't know if there's a poll option in this foruns) to decide what would be the best "DIY logo".
In the end, I'd ask my friend to do the final art based on the most voted sketch and I would upload it here in a Corel file so everyone would be able to order a faceplate from
BNP HOME PAGE or any other place with our original DIY logo.
I hope you like the idea, haha!
Thanks for your attention and sorry for bad english.
Peace,
Eduardo Barth.
