Need help picking rear/side speaker wall mounts

So I need help picking out some suitable wall mounts for my rear and side channels. The side channels will be very high up on my walls - basically almost touching the ceiling (but not so much so I couldn't tilt them downwards), so I really need to be able to tilt them down at my listening position which is dead center of the room. The rear channels will be much lower - probably around 2-3 feet above my ear level (side channels will be more like 6 feet above). The rear channel speakers are ported so they can't be too close to the wall - the side channels are ported but their port is in the front.

Another big thing, I really don't want to destroy the cabinets on these speakers. They're in perfect condition, so I'd like an option that if I decided to replace them later that I haven't permanently marked/ruined the speaker cabinet with a hole in the side (Because these aren't the speakers I plan to use forever by a long shot so I will eventually resell them). Oh, dimensions on the rear speakers is 9.5" x 7.75" x 12" (L x W x H) and they probably weigh 20 lbs each so a mount supporting 25-30 lbs+ would be nice - although stronger is always better. Dimensions on the side speakers are 8" x 6.5" x 12.5" and they probably weigh 10-15 lbs each but a mount supporting more weight for future upgrades would be nice.

Any suggestions? This is the main thing that has been putting a hold on completeing my surround system and I want to get it done. Wall mount is my only option. The only thing I've looked at thusfar are these B-Tech BT77 mounts but they're $59 and they have these AM40s but it's still $60 a pair (And I need two pairs...OUCH). I really don't want to spend $120 on mounts...unless there is absolutely NO other option. I'm not sure how much I trust their clamping too - I'd want to know how they clamp down and adjust to know how tight I can make them (I'd want them to be almost overtightened).

Those both look like good options, and I'm likely going to pick one of those sets up after Christmas myself. From what I've read, the BT77 is very secure, the recommended way to mount is with a screw through the bottom of the mount/speaker. Some people have successfully bypassed that step and simply tightened the sides down, but for your fairly big/heavy surrounds I would recommend following the suggested directions and screwing into the bottom. Likely wouldn't be an issue for resale since I don't think people would ever see the hole, on a stand or mount.

My 2 cents.

Saw your post in the "justify your systems cost" thread, good to see another young guy (I'm 22) with a good head and some morals. :)

Ah, so there's one in the bottom? Do you know if that is on the BT77 only or the AM40 as well? That might be okay then, I just didn't want holes on the sides.

I know you pretty much don't need to buy good mounts more than once but I still have hard terms bringing myself to pay $120+ for mounts, I honestly didn't pay that much for the two pairs of speakers I'm mounting lol. But these would be the same mounts I'd use for even nicer speakers so it'd save costs in the future.

Always glad to see other young people that aren't amoral heathens! At my school, sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who isn't!

Anyway, unless someone else can suggest something else I guess I'll go with those BT77s - I hate that there isn't even anything else to consider besides the similarly priced AM40 though. There's tons of mounts for those cheapy satellite speakers, but not many good ones for regular sized bookshelf speakers.
