Audyssy x LCR speakers out of phase

Hi, I have recently purchased new LCR speakers, when I calibrated the system with Audyssy X, I showed the fronts to be out of phase, Wiring was checked, each speaker was checked to confirm drivers were pushing out and NOT sucking in,
I need to know if this means that the reading are going to be handled differently when Audyssy X does its final calibration

Adyssy was used to measure the system,, then after the full system was measured, it show the LCR speakers as being out of phase

Is your center speaker a three way, or is your center a two way and the mains three ways?

This is a problem that I have talked about before. If the often happens that there is phase reversal at crossover due to phase shifts. The practice is to reverse the phase of the mid, in some cases this happens with tweeters as well. The phase reversal prevents the null at crossover. However it causes a phase reversal outside of the crossover range. Now if all speakers are the same then there is no issue. However, if not all the speakers require the same phase reversal at crossover then there is a significant problem.

I ran into this with my in wall system. The left and right are two, and the center three way. The center required a phase reversal of the center driver. However this put it out of phase with the a large portion of the musical spectrum with the left and right speakers, and the results were not good. So I had to wire the mid driver of the center speakers in phase. The best option was to accept the sharp null in the center, which in fact was not audible. However correcting the null with the phase reversal of the center mid driver was a disaster.
