I am rather upset right now, after a ton of research and some bargaining I found a great set of inwalls by monitor audio to use as my surrounds. Unforunately as soon as I opened the walls in my 1880 built house I was dismayed to find a non standard beam directly in my path. Since this is lathe and plaster it was undetectable by a stud finder.
So need to find a good speaker for surround duty preferably low profile (ideally 4"-5" thick) since this is in a corner I cannot use a dipole. I am looking at some mythos gems but they are a little chunky for the space - anyone have suggestions?
Setup is as follows - Ascend sierra fronts with jl audio f112 sub
