While I like those choices in general, I think two 15" sub woofers in a 10×12 foot room might be a bit of overkill :D.
I'll counter with, "where we're going, there is no overkill". :D. Seriously though, "buy once and don't look back".

Okay okay... maybe they are overkill. Perhaps, 2x F12. But, if the OP moves then to a bigger room, they'll be at risk of being inadequate.

I was thinking a single 10" or 12" would be fine but 2 10" would provide better coverage... BTW - I've learned a lot over the past few days - Thanks!

I ended up buying speakers from Ascend Acoustics (L/R/C Sierra 1 with NRT Upgrade + Rythmik 12 Servo Sub).

I felt bad about bringing in another set of speakers to compare against (like taking food into a chef's kitchen) but David and his wife were excellent about it. In fact, the A/B test is what finally swayed me to try them for 30 days - that and David's honest assessment of my wants and his clear expertise around his craft (no ego).

I haven't unboxed them yet but based on what I heard they are going to sound amazing.

I compared Mcintosh XR50's ($4,500/pair) to the entire Sierra line. The Mcintosh sound is very specific and heavily relies on the listening position (very finicky). In some elements the 3-way Mcintosh was cleaner then the Sierras but Mcintosh tweeters sometimes got lost in the midrange and compared to the Sierra's the bass wasn't prominent (however not that significantly).

Would I have been happy with the Mcintosh - absolutely! In some ways, I actually preferred their sound. However for the price, a 30-day trial of the Sierras were hard to pass up.

I'll update my thoughts on impressions once the subwoofer arrives and the complete system is in place. Fingers crossed that the Sierra's will fit the bill.

Thank you for the thoughts and guidance.

Thanks for telling us about your visit to Ascend.

I'm glad you found something you liked at such a good price compared to those Dynaudio or Mcintosh speakers.

Your experience illustrates that Internet Direct speakers are often better values than speakers sold by the traditional dealerships.
