I have two subwoofers and trying to decide with one I should use on the home entertainment system. The first one is a JBL PSW 1000 and the second one is a JBL E150P. My home A/V reciever is a Onkyo SR-TX 373. Any advice would be appreciated

Until I look(it you can share specs),I’d say use them both. As a guess I’d say they’re probably very similar and dual subs will help with smoothing FR and add a little headroom. Long term goals would be to use neither one, but since you already have them.....
How big is the room, and is this for movies, or music or both?

They look pretty close to me on quick inspection. I would try to use them both. Neither one digs particularly deep at 30hz and 27hz as noted frequency response. I would definitely try and use them both. If I HAD to choose one I think the EP is what I’d choose. But still, since you have them both, I’d try and use em. IMO, they’re more similar than different so they should play nice, as opposed to say trying to use like a ported 18” sub with a sealed 12. Lol
