Need advice on hook-up/computertoamp?

Hello,
This is my first post.I am just getting back involved in home A/V.Got a new computer& belong to MP3 Rocket.Have downloaded lots of music.Haven't bothered to buy those cheap speakers they sell that plug into computer.Just bought old Yamaha A3090 Amp on E-Bay.Have some pretty good Pioneer HPM 100 speakers.
Would like to listen to songs on computers HD.But how is best way to connect computer to amp.Have heard about this company called Ixtel.
ANY advice would help?
