Need a DVD-R/CD-R

I would like some suggestions on a good DVD-R/CD-R thats out in the market currently. &nbsp;I am assuming a DVD-R will also work as a CD-R....so I dont need to have both. My budget is around $500-$750 and would like one that also has an internal hard drive. &nbsp;
